Step 1: Ground yourself in the present moment

Begin by noticing your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Feel your body relaxing with each exhale. Place your feet firmly on the ground and visualize roots extending from them, connecting you to the Earth.

Focus on your intention for this meditation: to release inherited energetic blocks and step into your true power.

Step 2: Visualize a serene natural setting

Imagine yourself in a peaceful meadow surrounded by majestic mountains. Feel the warm sunlight on your skin, the soft grass beneath your feet, and the gentle breeze brushing your face. Let this tranquil space fill you with a sense of safety and calm.

Step 3: Meet your spiritual guide

Envision a spiritual guide or being of light joining you in this sacred space. This guide could take the form of an animal, an ancestor, or an archangel. Trust your intuition—there’s no right or wrong way to experience this.

Step 4: Witness and release ancestral burdens
