Healing meditation guided script
Step 1: Prepare your space and body
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Lie down with your arms resting away from your body, palms facing up. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, bringing it deep into your belly. Exhale through your mouth with a long, slow sigh. Repeat this cleansing breath one more time. Moving forward, allow your breath to flow naturally in and out of your nose.
Step 2: Set your healing intention
Silently repeat: “It is my intention to heal my body. I ask my DNA and cells to repattern themselves into full health.” Acknowledge the support available to you: “I accept and appreciate any loving assistance from the high vibration of divine energy.” Smile and visualize yourself in full health, instructing your cells to align with this reality.
Step 3: Engage in mindful breathing and sensory awareness
Feel the air entering your nostrils. Is it cool or warm? Notice the rhythmic movement of your belly—rising on the inhale, falling on the exhale. Observe the sensations on your skin—does the air feel still or moving? Warm or cool? Tune into surrounding sounds, noticing their distance and direction. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath and body awareness.
Step 4: Body relaxation scan
With each exhale, release tension from your head, neck, shoulders, and arms. Soften your back, abdomen, hips, and legs. Relax your feet and toes, allowing any remaining tension to dissolve. Visualize a warm, golden energy enveloping your body in peace and healing.
Step 5: Energy flow and DNA activation
Imagine earth’s healing energy entering through the soles of your feet, rising through your body. See a golden stream of divine energy flowing from above, cascading through your head and spine. Visualize these two streams spiraling and intertwining, creating a gentle pulse of energy that restores balance.
Step 6: Journey inside your DNA
Travel with your breath into your bloodstream, moving into your cells. Locate your DNA strands—twisting ladders of genetic information. Focus on the end rungs of the DNA strands (telomeres)—essential for cellular health.Observe where they need repair and envision them strengthening, regenerating, and activating.
Step 7: Healing vibrations and cellular recalibration
Absorb the healing frequencies resonating within your cells. Allow the vibrations to rise and harmonize, promoting deep cellular healing. Guide this renewed energy into any areas of discomfort, dissolving blockages and promoting balance. Feel a wave of peaceful energy spreading through your body, uniting all cells in harmony.
Step 8: Return and integrate your healing
Draw your focus outward, moving from the microscopic level back to your entire body. Visualize your cells radiating light, balance, and vitality. Take a few deep breaths and affirm: “I am healing. I am healed.” When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, bringing this sense of renewal into your waking state.
