Step 1: Prepare your body and mind

Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to settle. Bring your awareness inward, leaving behind the external world, and let your breath find its natural rhythm.

Step 2: Visualize your surroundings glowing with light

Imagine your environment shimmering with radiant light. Visualize everything around you glowing softly, like candlelight, then becoming brighter and more vibrant. The light intensifies until it transforms into a pearly white radiance that covers every surface.

Feel the serenity of being surrounded by this powerful light, which carries the highest vibration of unconditional love and healing.

Step 3: Embrace the white light

Visualize the light gently covering your body, starting with your clothes and skin. See yourself shimmering with this healing energy as it flows into your being. Breathe deeply, allowing the light to penetrate your body and offer you exactly what you need at this moment.

Step 4: Guide the light through your body

As you breathe, feel the white light traveling through you: It begins at your head, soothing your scalp, forehead, and mind, washing away tension and stress.
